The information below will help you to refer your patient to our sleep centers.

To order a sleep study, simply:

Fill out the order form and fax it to the center of your preference or call in your patient’s name and phone number and we will schedule your patient for a sleep study.

In addition, when you call or fax the information in to us, you have the option of having your patient seen in consultation by one of our board certified sleep specialists prior to their sleep study.

We will do the rest:

We will schedule your patient for a sleep study.
We will do the insurance verification.
We will contact the patient and confirm their sleep study appointment along with instructions and provide them with an information packet on what to expect the night of their sleep study.
We will provide patient follow-up, diagnosis and results to you based on your requirements.

Atlantic Health Sleep Centers is one of the largest sleep groups in the tri-state area offering 24 sleep center accredited patient beds running seven days a week and providing three locations for your patient’s convenience.

The Center’s new IT Sleep Platform offers the ability for your patient to be scheduled at any of our locations based on their convenience.
The Center’s new Cloud-based platform allows you to have access to any interpreting physician on our panel at any of our locations.
We offer the ability for you to send in referrals and/or get interpreting results from logging into our secure internet platform or receive results via email or fax.
Each Center has been refurbished with new state-of-the art clinical equipment.
Your patient will be comfortable in their own private suite that has been recently redecorated to emulate a four-star hotel-like setting and is equipped with a queen size bed, their own bathroom and a flat screen television. Each patient is offered a snack in the evening and breakfast in the morning.
